Through our facility, we can offer to take back, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers unwanted stocks from returns, end of line or excess inventories. Processing this via our de-branding department, removing all labelling and tags and white labelling it for re-sale through our network of worldwide buyers.
By utilizing our re-commerce solution not only are you reducing your waste footprint but you’re also increasing the life of your un-wanted inventory. By simply increasing the active life of your inventory by 9 months it would reduce carbon, waste, and water footprints by around 20-30% of each, further cutting resource costs by 20%.
RECYCLING & UPCYCLING
At GR Argent we believe in sustainability and not the linear system of production - make, take, use and dump!
We therefore offer several innovative recycling and upcycling solutions.
Waste to Energy – We take your unwanted inventory and utilise it in the production of energy, through incineration or in the case of food waste, anaerobic digestion.
Recycling – Using the traditional methods of downgrade recycling, we take your old inventory and strip the components that are unable to be re-used. Then through our network of recycling partners, utilise the stripped materials in the manufacture of new products.
Shredding – Using the latest in technological shredding machinery, we can offer our clients the ability to have their un-wanted inventory shredded and cross shredded enabling complete secure destruction of the inventory. Through our recycling partners, the shred is used as fill in several recycled and automotive products.
Zero waste policy – None of the inventory processed or handled by GR Argent goes into landfill. Our policy of zero to landfill even extends to the subcomponents of your inventory. All other products such as packaging, cardboard, swing tags and string are diverted away from landfill to be recycled
FACILITY WASTE MANAGEMENT
Alongside our services of stock disposal, we can also offer a full waste management facility for your site. With services including commercial wheelie bins, skips, roro’s and hazardous waste removal. All these services are available on weekly, fortnightly and monthly schedules (subject to location and waste streams)
